Attend to Leadership: An Attend Safe Blog

As the founder/CEO of Attend Safe, and the former CEO of Vital Circle, I’ve engaged in managing health risks during a global pandemic—an unexpected step in a career with its roots in HR operations leadership. 

The experience of these last few years has added a lot to my toolbox, some things that I never would have predicted would enter my skill set if you’d asked me in 2019. 

In this space, I intend to share some of those lessons and how they may be applied through conscious leadership principles. The goal of this blog is to create a better, safer, and more engaged workplace while improving a sense of teamwork and camaraderie (even in remote teams). 

My hope is that others will engage here with their thoughts, ideas, and best practices as we attend to life in an ever-changing world, and do so while working together.
