Who we are:
Attend Safe keeps people safe: before, during and after meeting in-person. The pandemic upended all of our lives and we’re doing our part to make life closer to normal again.
From vaccine and test-result verifications, to pre-event and on-site testing options, we offer a suite of services that are tailored and customized to each client and event’s needs.
What we do:
We take both your data and privacy seriously, which is why we have implemented industry-standard protocols to secure our processes and applications.
Our application is hosted on Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform and uses SSL certificates for authentication. As such, it is HIPAA-compliant and our organization has its SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 certifications. We do not use a downloadable app because each store has intrusive tracking requirements that don’t align with our values.
What we don’t do:
We neither keep nor sell your data. In fact, we purge all collected information 30 days after the event. You will not receive an email, text message or phone call from us outside the scope of the event you are attending.
How we keep you safer:
Our mission is to provide the tools and services that event manager/planners and employers need to safeguard their attendees. Knowing that each person in attendance has been fully vaccinated against and/or recently tested negative for COVID-19, makes the event or in-person meeting safer and provides a ‘stress free experience’ for attendees.
